STPM Certificates / Sijil STPM

1    School candidates are to collect their STPM certificates from their respective schools,
while private school candidates and private candidates are to collect their certificates
from their respective State Education Departments.
 

      Calon sekolah hendaklah mengambil sijil STPM mereka dari sekolah masing-masing,
manakala calon sekolah swasta dan calon persendirian individu dari Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri.

2    Candidates are given a duration of 12 months after the release of results to collect their certificates,
after which schools and State Education Departments will return all unclaimed certificates to
the Malaysian Examinations Council. Candidates who wish to collect their certificates after the said period
will deal directly with the Malaysian Examinations Council and a fee of RM50.00 will be imposed. 
The application must be accompanied with a copy of the STPM result slip (if any), a copy of the Identity Card,
a self addressed envelope measuring  38cm x 26cm with a postage stamp of RM1.20 and a Registered Post (Bar Code)
worth (RM1.30).

      Calon diberi tempoh masa 12 bulan selepas keputusan peperiksaan diumumkan untuk mengambil sijil.
Selepas tempoh tersebut, pihak sekolah atau Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri akan menghantar balik sijil-sijil yang tidak dituntut
ke Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia. Calon yang ingin mendapatkan sijil selepas tempoh tersebut hendaklah
berurus terus dengan Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia dan akan dikenakan caj sebanyak RM50.00.
Permohonan hendaklah disertai salinan slip keputusan peperiksaan STPM (jika ada), salinan kad pengenalan dan
sampul surat beralamat sendiri berukuran 38cm x 26cm yang bersetem RM1.20 berserta Pos Daftar (Bar Code)
bernilai RM1.30.

3.   A candidate who has lost his certificate may apply directly to the MEC for a verified statement of result
or a copy of the certificate. Applications sent via postal service must be accompanied with
a copy of the candidate IC that has been verfified by the principal or a Group A Officer.
Calon yang kehilangan sijil STPM boleh memohon kepada Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia untuk
mendapatkan penyata keputusan yang disahkan atau salinan sijil. Permohonan melalui pos hendaklah
disertai salinan kad pengenalan yang disahkan oleh Pengetua atau Pegawai Kumpulan A.

      (a)  A fee of RM20.00 will be charged for the first application for a certified of statement of result,
      and subsequent RM30.00 will be imposed for a second application, and RM50.00 for the third application. 
      Payment is to be made to the Chief Executive of Malaysian Examinations Council via Money Order or Postal Order.

            Bagi permohonan mendapatkan penyata keputusan, caj sebanyak RM20.00 akan dikenakan
      bagi permohonan kali pertama, RM30.00 bagi permohonan kali kedua, dan RM50.00 bagi permohonan kali ketiga. 
      Bayaran hendaklah dibuat dengan Kiriman Wang atau Wang Pos atas nama
      Ketua Eksekutif Majlis  Peperiksaan Malaysia.
     

      FORM to apply for a copy of the results statement for the STPM examination / MUET.

      BORANG memohon penyata keputusan peperiksaan STPM / Ujian MUET.

      (b)  To obtain a copy of the certificate, a fee of RM50.00 will be imposed.
      Bagi permohonan mendapatkan salinan sijil, calon akan dikenakan caj sebanyak RM50.00.

      BORANG memohon salinan sijil STPM.

4    Candidates wishing to obtain transcripts of their certificates in English are required to provide the following:
Calon yang ingin mendapatkan transkrip STPM dalam versi bahasa Inggeris hendaklah mengemukakan
perkara-perkara yang berikut.
(a)  An application letter for transcript stating the address of the foreign university applied for.
     Surat atau borang permohonan transkrip sijil yang menyatakan alamat universiti luar negara yang dipohon.

      (b)  An administrative fee of RM50.00 will be charged for each transcript.

            Bayaran perkhidmatan RM50.00 bagi setiap satu transkrip.

      (c)  A copy of the result slip or STPM certificate.

            Salinan slip keputusan atau salinan sijil STPM.

      The transcript will be sent directly by the Malaysian Examinations Council to the intended university.
A copy of the cover letter concerning the dispatch of the transcript to the intended university shall be sent to the candidate.

      Transkrip tersebut akan dihantar terus oleh Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia ke universiti berkenaan tanpa melalui calon.
Walau bagaimanapun, salinan surat penghantaran transkrip ke universiti terlibat akan dihantar kepada calon.
